Ubuntu, a Nguni Bantu term roughly translating to "human kindness," has come to be synonymous with humanism throughout South Africa. In its purest sense, Ubuntu is about recognizing and sharing in a sense of humanity with other people.

Co-hosted by Melissa Thomas and David Koepp, admission to Sunday's benefit is $150, but children under 12 are admitted for free. There will be outdoor games such as mini-golf provided by Khan’s Sports and live music by Zimbabwean Levy Mwanza and his All Stars on marimbas and drums.
