PHOTOS: First-Ever East Hampton 'Menorahcade' Lights Up the Village

On the first night of Hanukkah, a motorcade of cars with menorahs on top travelled to the lighting in Herrick Park.

The Festival of Lights began in East Hampton Saturday at sundown, with the first-ever 'Menorahcade' through the village. The motorcade of cars, featuring menorahs on top to celebrate Hanukkah, ended at Herrick Park, where a lighting was held. The menorah lighting was followed by a Hanukkah party, with hot latkes, dreidels, hot drinks and more.

Thanks to the Mayor, the police department, the middle school principal and everyone in the community who attended for making this such a marvelous event. Looking forward to next year!
