Parent's Night Out * Yoga for Kids *

Drop your children off for an evening of yoga style fun!  This special evening is designed for kids of all ages, to discover and explore yoga.  Yogis will experience Lava Lamp “Meditation”, complete a yoga obstacle course, breathe with pinwheel breath, practice poses with a yoga balance ball & play favorite creative yoga movement games. 

 Each evening will offer an art project related to yogic themes such as peace, acceptance, love, honesty, contentment, moderation and environmentalism.

Finally, we will wind down with thematic literature, sleepy yoga mist, soothing meditation balm, a yoga rest & relaxation ready to fall into bedtime☺  Kids can come in their favorite pj’s(nightgowns not recommended).
