Monday

Passover Begins

"TALES FROM THE MADHOUSE": Lenten Bible Study at Old Whalers': In this video series at the Old Whalers Church in Sag Harbor, eight mysterious characters in a Victorian sanatorium reveal their secret stories. "The Centurion, The Thief" is the focus for the last in the series, which begins at 6:30 p.m.

Justice for John: Friends and supporters of John Judge, who was killed by a hit-and-run driver as he crossed Main Street in Amagansett on Oct. 23, will be remembered at a vigil and rally in protest of the pending sentence the driver is set to receive. They will gather by candlelight in front of Decorum in Amagansett, near where Judge was killed, at 7 p.m.

Passover Community Seder: Chabad Lubavitch of the Hamptons in East Hampton will hold a Passover Community Seder-on the first and second nights of Passover. Join Rabbi Baumgarten and his family at 7:45 p.m. RSVP is highly appreciated, but not required.

Tuesday

Silent Clown at Montauk Library: Chip Byant's performance as the Silent Clown includes a blend of mime, clowning, juggling, magic, puppetry and music at the Montauk Library at 4:30 p.m. Registration is appreciated.

Passover Community Seder: Chabad Lubavitch of the Hamptons in East Hampton will hold a Passover Community Seder-on the first and second nights of Passover. Join Rabbi Baumgarten and his family at 7:45 p.m. RSVP is highly appreciated, but not required.

Wednesday

EHHS Job Fair: A chance for employers to hire for the summer, and a chance for students to find summer jobs. The fair will be held at East Hampton High School at 9 a.m.

Softball Clinic 2013 4th-8th Grade Girls: Join the softball clinic for girls in fourth to eighth grades given by Assistant Coach Erin Abran of the East Hampton High School Varsity Softball Team. It will be held at the Montauk Playhouse gym on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Sci-Fi Book Club: East Hampton Library's Sci-Fi Book Club will discuss "The Islanders," by Christopher Priest, at 6 p.m.

Thursday

Maundy Thursday Seder Celebration: At St. Michael's Lutheran Church in Amagansett, celebrate the Seder meal Jesus and his disciples would have shared. Pot luck, foot washing, holy communion and stripping of the altar begins at 5 p.m.

Artist's Moving Sale: A moving sale will be held at 11 Wagon Ln. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Spring Library Sale: The Friends of the Montauk Library invite all to the Spring Sale at the library, featuring nearly new books for $3 each, bargains on toys, decorations and jewelry. The sale goes on from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Easter Egg Hunt: The East Hampton Town Democratic Committee will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt in Herrick Park in East Hampton Village. In addition to a visit from the Easter Bunny, there will be free raffle prizes.

Easter Bunny Visits Amagansett: Peter Cottontail is coming to the Amagansett Square for an Easter Egg Hunt, egg decorating, face painting, cookie decorating, bunny games and more from noon to 2 p.m. Meeting House Restaurant will be serving a special lunch menu.

Bunny Hop Story and Craft Time: The Amagansett Library will host a story time and craft with the focus on cute little bunnies at 3:30 p.m.

Easter Sunday

Pancake Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt: The Springs Fire Department is hosting an Easter breakfast and egg hunts. There will be four waves — 8, 9, 10 and 11 a.m. A special guest is sure to hop in too.
