A day before hosting a Pink Apron party to benefit Southampton's Hospital's The Ellen Hermanson Breast Cancer Center, Christie Brinkley was out enjoying the waterways, fishing with her daughter, Alexa Rayon a charter boat, owned by East Hampton Councilman Peter Van Scoyoc.
