Cancellations and Closures Due To 'Nemo'

With a blizzard warning issued for the South Fork, activities planned for this weekend are already being cancelled.

Here is the running list of cancellations:

• The Amagansett Fire Department's pork roast dinner on Saturday has been cancelled. 
• The Springs Fire Department's Sunday pancake breakfast has been cancelled. The next one in the series is Feb. 17. 
• Ceremony for Long Wharf Deed Transferral on Friday — Postponed
• The East Hampton Day Care Learning's Center's Happy Hearts Party scheduled for Saturday — Cancelled
• CFAR has cancelled their Winter Trivia Night, scheduled for Friday night. It will be rescheduled in March, date to be announced.
• White Dance at East Hampton High School on Friday — cancelled.
• Cyber-Safety Workshop planned for Friday night in Amagansett has been postponed. The tentative new date is 1 March 2013. 
• The grades 6 to 8 Ice Skating at Buckskill Winter Club for Friday, postponed. The PTA and Student Council will try to re-schedule a time after the break.
