Beautiful Turkish Angora Arrives at ARF

Not many Turkish Angoras are found at shelters.

Jenny, a calico female, is up for adoption at the . 

The breed is one of the most ancient breeds hailing from the Angora region of central Turkey.

She hasn't been at ARF Hamptons long, having just arrived on Sept. 17 as an owner surrender. The shelter staff think she is just over two years old.

"She just wants attention and often waits by the door to be the first to get affection," the staff said.  She happens to be okay with dogs too.
