5 Events To Know About This Week

From voting in Amagansett to breast cancer awareness in East Hampton, the first week of October is chock-full of activity.

It's Monday and as we head into the first full week of October, here's some events around town worth noting.

1. The on the purchase of the former Pacific East will be held at the on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Registered voters in the fire district will say yay or nay to the purchase of the two acre parcel that the commissioners say is needed for future expansion.
