  • Rogers Memorial Library, 91 Coopers Farm Road, Southampton.  "Rocket Takes Off" Join Jennifer Tursi and take off with Rocket, the dog that loves to read. Rocket is a sweet, adventurous puppy that discovers the wonderful world of books.   • Rogers Memorial Library, 91 Coopers Farm Road, Southampton. "Sink or Float" Do you take your boogie board to the beach? How about a bucket and shovel? Do these objects sink or float in water? Join Jennifer Tursi for an exploration and discover the answers while building on scientific investigative skills. Registration is required, call 631.283.0774. Entering 3rd-5th Grades. 4:00 p.m.
  • Hampton Library, 2478 Main Street, Bridgehampton.  "Play-A-Poolza" Join us this summer for some fun in the sun as we play in the backyard. This is a special time for parents and caregivers to play with their young children in a fun, creative environment.   • East Hampton Library, 159 Main Street, East Hampton. "Kids can Print, Print, Print!" Come and explore the different techniques of printing and create a collage of your own! This will include bubble printing, wood block printing and stamping. Registration is required, call 631.324.0222, ext.2 Ages 4+. 1:30 p.m.
  • Amagansett Library, 215 Main Street, Amagansett. "It's Story Time!" Join us for stories, flannel board, puppets, songs, activities and tons of fun.  No registration needed. Ages birth-4 years old. 10:15 a.m. (weekly)

  • Hampton Bays Library, 52 Ponquogue Avenue, Hampton Bays. "Babies and Books" Come by for some stories, songs, music and movement! ages birth-24 months. 10:00 a.m. (weekly)
  • Munchkin Mat, 51 Division Street, Sag Harbor. Cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling, music, and art engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of 5, 6 and 7-year old children. Classes explore mat based poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body awareness, positive thinking, and caring for the environment. Registration is required, call 631.235.0303. 3:45 p.m.
  • Kids Taekwondo, 33 Hill Street, Southampton. Hawrangs Taekwondo Kids at Evolution Fitness is a fun was to approach martial arts.  Kids develop coordination, focus and confidence. Children that practice Martial Arts are more likely to do better in school, they learn values that are not taught in formal education, like courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, courage and discipline.
