"JAWS" MONTAUK TOWN BEACH

A Town Life gaurd A E. Hampton town life guard had found a fishing pole last week and gave it too me. As the water still cold and a large seal population has atracted sharks. 5/1/13 was openning day for fluke fishing and most boats fish the south side. The reel was in good condition, but pole had marks. I went to Shark contset at marine basin with pole(knowing they were shark bites) And they match a mako,maybe a other. On 6/15 they had spotted a shark 20 meters off beach(wwwww/witneses. Said seen black fin and tail about over 6 feet long. It was early and no people on beach. Theory from pics and pole was a party boat pole that fell overboard.Shark chased shiny reel
