Hypnosis and Weight Management

Are you ready to shed excess pounds? As a member of the group, you will experience support and inspiration while learning important tools for successful weight loss. Emotions and stress always fit into those jeans with you; hypnosis helps you harmonize what’s inside of you so that what shows on the outside glows with vitality. The class as a series gives us the time frame necessary for hypnosis to establish a pattern that helps to strengthen and renew any areas of concern. Behavior, food choices, cravings, everyday toxins, and other topics are closely examined as we proceed through these workshops. Each week we will explore many different concerns and challenges as we progress to our goal, keeping within the premise that there is no cookie-cutter diet and that as bodies, minds, and spirits, we are all unique. Materials needed: notebook.
