The Ladies' Village Improvement Society of East Hampton is offering the Madelon De Voe Talley Scholarship for $3000. This offer is for a woman who is at least 25 years of age and wishes to return to college in an undergraduate program. The applicant must be a resident of East Hampton Town (from Montauk to Sagaponack) for at least two years.
