WOW - disappointed is putting it mlldly. Some of the WORST customer service ever encountered in 30 years in the Hamptons. Rude, surly. And worse still, absolutely don't stand behind what they sell. I bought a defective item and the proprietor was unwilling to provide exchange, credit, or anything beyond offering to sell a replacement at full cost! Based his refusal on bogus (and hostile) position that 2 weeks was excessive passage of time despite the fact that the item broke on first use. Shopper beware.
