Stomachs Left Satisfied at Springs PTA Pasta Dinner

Penne and salad served to support school programming.

Though this is the fourth annual PTA pasta dinner fundraiser, this was my family's first.

We chose a table and we were offered lemonade, iced tea or water. Volunteers brought plates of delicious penne rigate, garlic knots, meatballs, and green salad. DJ Matt Coss provided the music at the , which was decorated with handmade signs from the children of Springs School.

In one corner was a craft corner for kids, another had a silent auction and raffle, and in another was a bake sale. Families, groups of pre-teen friends, and senior citizens filled the tables. Everyone left stuffed and happy.
