A caretaker called police to Combs' waterfront house in Northwest Woods on April 1, and officers found Taylor upstairs.

Police discovered Taylor had taken a train from Queens, on March 31, took a cab to Combs' house and entered through an unlocked basement door. He ate food, drank soda and liquor and went to sleep in an upstairs bedroom.

And, police said, Taylor's done this before. He was arrested in 2001 on similar charges at the hip-hop mogul's house.

Taylor will be back in court on May 3.
