Celebrity Chef Takes Over Montauk Kitchen

Celebrity Chef Gabriele Corcos has signed on to be the consulting chef at the 's restaurant.
by Gabriele Corcos will feature the Cooking Channel star's signature blend of Tuscan food and traditional farmers’ cuisine when it opens its doors for the season on March 1.
Corcos, a native of Florence, Italy, has his own TV show, "Extra Virgin," where viewers watch him and his wife, the actress Debi Mazar, cook in their Los Angeles home.

The restaurant is on a 35-acre waterfront resort that dates to 1929 and received a multi-million dollar renovation for its 100th anniversary. In addition to 107 guest rooms and 23 villas, there is also a 232-slip full-service marina, full-service spa and salon and fitness center.
