Model Bridget Hall Alerts Police of Stalker

She reports receiving disturbing letters and a promise of a visit.

Supermodel Bridget Hall is back in the news, but this time, it's not for her .

Hall is the latest celebrity with a house in East Hampton to report a problem with a fan.

She told East Hampton Town police on March 28 that has been receiving unwanted correspondence from a suspect who is not known to her between Aug. 3, 2011 and March 19, 2012.

In the incident report released on Monday, police logged various letters and cards, and even a book as evidence of aggravated harassment. "She stated there has been about four cards sent to her residence and each contained long written letters," the report said. Most recently, a book was sent from Amazon.com to her house.

While the letters were not threatening in nature, she wants the contact to stop. "This is causing her annoyance and alarm," the report said.

Hall may have reason to be increasingly alarmed. "Suspect did mention coming out to the area of East Hampton this summer by Jitney bus," the report said.

The report indicates the FBI was notified.

Detective Sgt. Chris Anderson, the department's spokesman, was not available for further comment.

Hall isn't the only celebrity dealing with stalkers. At the end of March, Alec Baldwin reported . A week later, a woman was arrested on harassment charges in New York City. On April 1, a in the Northwest Woods. That man is being in Riverside.

Hall, famous for her Sports Illustrated modeling, made headlines in 2010 when she was arrested on a drunken driving charge in East Hampton Village. She was arrested, again, just over a year ago, for allegedly .
